HonorPole Innovations (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard information when you use the HonorPole mobile application, visit our website, create an HonorPole account, or submit information through our contact forms.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use our website, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, organization, email address, phone number, city and state, number of flagpoles, information submitted through contact or demonstration request forms, and any additional information you choose to provide.

When you create or use an account in the HonorPole mobile application, we may collect or process your email address, account and authentication information, information necessary to authenticate your account and provide password recovery, and information associated with your HonorPole device and its operation when necessary to provide the HonorPole service.

We do not collect payment information through the HonorPole website or mobile application at this time.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use your information to create and authenticate HonorPole user accounts; provide account login and password recovery; provide and operate HonorPole application features; communicate with HonorPole devices and provide device-related services; respond to demo requests and inquiries; provide quotes and product information; provide customer and technical support; maintain security and prevent misuse; and improve our products, services, and communications.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

HonorPole Innovations may use third-party service providers to operate portions of the HonorPole service. Account authentication and related account information may be processed using Supabase. Email delivery services may also be used to deliver account confirmation, password recovery, and other service-related messages.

These providers process information as necessary to provide services on behalf of HonorPole Innovations.

We do not sell or rent users' personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

Information transmitted between the HonorPole mobile application and cloud services is protected using appropriate security measures where applicable. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

HonorPole users may request deletion of their HonorPole account and associated personal information.

To request account deletion, email jasonszmyr@honorpoleinnovations.com with the subject “HonorPole Account Deletion Request.”

Please send the request from the email address associated with your HonorPole account, or identify the account email address in your request.

After verification, HonorPole Innovations will delete the HonorPole account and associated personal account information that is no longer required to provide the service.

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Information retained for these purposes will be kept only for the period reasonably necessary.

YOUR CHOICES

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Our website or application may contain links to third-party websites or services. HonorPole Innovations is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

HonorPole is not intended to collect personal information from children. If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected inappropriately, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically as the HonorPole website, application, and services evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
