HonorPole Innovations allows users of the HonorPole mobile application to request deletion of their HonorPole account and associated personal information.
HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION
To request deletion of your HonorPole account, email jasonszmyr@honorpoleinnovations.com with the subject “HonorPole Account Deletion Request.”
Please send the request from the email address associated with your HonorPole account. If you are unable to send the request from that email address, include the email address associated with the account so that we can identify the correct account.
HonorPole Innovations may take reasonable steps to verify that the person requesting deletion is authorized to make the request.
WHAT WILL BE DELETED
After verification of the request, HonorPole Innovations will delete the HonorPole user account and associated personal account information that is no longer required to provide the HonorPole service.
DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.
Any information retained for these purposes will be kept only for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes.
